Anser's Community Fundraising Expedition Reserved Parking! We are excited to reveal our raffle opportunity for the Fall Fund Drive this year. You might have noticed a parking sign in the parent lot off 42nd. This year we are putting all donors that make donations over $100 into a raffle drawing for reserved parking for a year! Consider an automated monthly donation spread out over the school year. Or challenge one friend to match your $50 donation and share the reserved parking spot. Reach out to Amanda Neill with any questions, aneill@ansercharterschool.org. A winner will be drawn on December 16th right before school lets out for the winter break. The spot will then be reserved from January 2nd, 2023 through January 2nd, 2024! As a public charter in Idaho, we receive approximately 35% less funding than a traditional school of our size. Anser provides opportunities for adventure, service, community partnerships, fieldwork and more, all with the support of our fundraising efforts. No donation is too small, we are crew! |
Thank you our most recent round of Fall Fund Drive donors! Louise Bird & Aaron Nygren, Melissa & Eric McCray, Kimberly & Jason Mora, Heather & Casey Haycock, Nancy Sullivan, Naomi Clayton, Huachan Zhai & Hua Wei, Sarah & Ryan Butler, Wesley & Lisa Labor and Natalie & Brett Keffer. |

Transportation Updates - As you know, this is Anser's first year of providing transportation services. We made it through these first months, have resolved some challenges and feel that the program is running smoothly. This coming month we will be looking at our ridership to see if we are able to add any additional stops. If we determine that we can add stops, we will share that information with you, and share updated schedules. Our goal would be to disrupt the current schedule as little as possible, while serving more students. If you have any questions or suggestions, please be in touch with Heather Dennis |

Please drop gently used coats, hats, gloves, scarfs and socks (new only) in the collection bins at the office. Anser Art Exhibitions - Given Anser’s growth and new building we have made a revision to the way kids contribute to Anser’s fundraising in a more authentic and meaningful way. Historically children’s art has been featured at the year end fundraising event. But in light of our year long community fundraising expedition we are switching it up! It is our hope that this will be more sustainable and meaningful for the art teachers too. Each grade level will work with the art teacher/facilitators to create high quality individual artwork based generally on their grade level expedition, but through the lens of the fine arts. Students at each grade levels will have their very own public week long Art Exhibition Art Show curated and displayed onsite. We will kick off the week with a gallery opening and an invitation to family, friends and staff for a first sneak peek. All pieces will be for sale and can be picked up at the end of the exhibit. The first Art Exhibition will be Kindergarten and 1st grade the week of November 14th! We are actively seeking sponsors for these art exhibitions as we have a fun and exciting way we'd like to display our crews art. Reach out to Amanda Neill aneill@ansercharterschool.org for more information! Thank you for our Visual Art Lab Instructors, Anne Moore and Kelli Ott! |

| We are Crew! We have been so appreciative of everyone stepping up to help out. We have had families emptying garbage, volunteering in classrooms and labs, and applying for open job positions. It's the definition of crew. And it has made a difference. We've also had staff step up and take on extra duties as needed. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! |
